Plump rice, black beans, and corn make this a perfect side dish to any meal. A great filling to stuff peppers.
Gluten Free. Vegan. Serves 4.
INSTANT POT: Combine package with water in the Instant Pot, seal the lid, use the rice setting for 10 to 12 minutes.
RICE COOKER: Combine package with water in the rice cooker, cover with lid and allow to cook.
NOTE: Top with guacamole, salsa and grated cheddar cheese/vegan cheese, throw it in a wrap for an easy vegetarian/vegan burrito.
