Our Broccoli & Potato Soup will be a great addition to your pantry. Warm up after a long day on the slopes with this lusciously thick, rich soup. All you need is water and 20-25 minutes to prepare!

Gluten Free. Vegan. Serves 6.

INSTANT POT: Combine ingredients and liquid in the Instant Pot, seal lid, use soup setting for 12 minutes.

NOTE: Add shredded cheddar cheese/vegan cheese to your bowl.
