Minestrone Soup (V)

Classic Italian soup with hearty beans and pasta :) Let this become one of your family traditions!

Vegan. Serves 6.

INSTANT POT: Combine package except for the noodles with liquid in pot, seal the lid and use the soup setting for 15 minutes. Manually release, then add the noodles and additional vegetables if desired, then seal the lid and use the soup setting for 3 more minutes.

NOTE: I call this one the crisper cleaner outer, feel free to dice up all those leftover vegetables and throw them in.
